I'm a Ph.D. student in Applied Math and Statistics Department at Hopkins. In 2002, I got my BS in Mathematics at Wuhan University in China. Then I came to Hopkins to pursue my Ph.D. During my first two years at Hopkins, I did some research on Percolation with Professor Wierman. Then my research interest switched to Statistics. I am interested in statistical analysis of gene expression microarray data. I am working with Dr. Donald Geman, Dr. Daniel Naiman, Dr. Giovanni Parmigiani and Dr. Leslie Cope. My dissertation is on the modeling of gene expression microarray data using ranked based methods.
