How to apply
- Follow the instructions at for submitting the usual application for acceptance to the graduate program.
- On the application, a question asks if you are interested in receiving financial support; indicate that you are interested in applying for fellowships.
- Email Kristin Bechtel, the AMS Academic Program Coordinator a very short note mentioning that you would like to be considered for a GAANN Fellowship.
- Then fill out the online FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form here . The code number for Johns Hopkins University is E00473; be sure to list that on the FAFSA as a recipient of your data. The JHU Financial Aid Office can answer questions. The FAFSA is necessary to make a determination of your financial need.
