The Award for Excellence in Teaching
The annual Applied Mathematics and Statistics Excellence in Teaching Award is awarded to a student, based on a review of nominations from students and faculty. We give this award to students who demonstrate an intense devotion to teaching and a talent for making mathematics more understandable.
