1.  PROBLEM 3: Is this a logistic model?  The limits aren't working
the way I expected.

ANSWER: No.  It's a NEGATIVE logistic model, often used to model 
"unsophisticated" populations.  Note the difference between this model
and the one developed in class in terms of the signs of the terms.
This model behaves "backwards" from the logistic.  Rather than always
converging to M, the population either dies out or explodes.
