ANSWER: Good Catch!  In order to keep the solution correct, ignore the 
building.  Instead, you have to use wire for all 3 sides and one side must
have length 18 units.

(Alternatively, to keep the same problem, the constraint should be 
a + b = 100, but this means you'll have to redo all the work -- UGH!)
